hey guys, help rate my team please!

hey guys, i just had a draft. 10 teams h2h format.

here's my lineup, tell me what you think (a lot of bench spots):

c: joe mauer
1b: jason giambi
2b: jorge cantu
3b: hank blalock
ss: jose reyes
of: manny ramirez
of: ichiro suzuki
of: jonny gomes
u: jermaine dye
u: clint barmes
bench: dimitri young

sp: roy oswalt
sp: andy pettitte
sp: javier vazquez
rp: joe nathan
rp: armando benitez
p: jeremy bonderman
p: matt clement
p: john lackey
bench: danny haren, joe blanton, eric bedard, adam eaton, oliver perez (praying for 2004 stats), and jamie moyer (short leash).


overall i think my team is solid, but im looking to improve - any opinions or players i should look to trade or trade for would be awesome. thanks

This is a pretty good team. If I were you, I'd try to lock up saves with a third reliever. No one special, just trade one of your ok pitchers (lackey, clement, or haren) for an ok reliever (Orvella, Dempster, etc...). In my experience, 3 closers is a noticable advantage over 2.

thanks - i'll try like eaton for dempster. the guy really likes eaton for some reason..

Looks pretty solid to me, you've got a nice balance of speed and power. I too would try to deal a mid-range starter for a mid-range closer, but other than that I don't think you need to really do anything.

thanks for the advice, i'll try to get another closer.

also, i'm looking for one more power bat, would u trade say: blanton and dye for magglio ordonez? or not worth it?

how about dye and blanton for carl crawford? that would clinch me in sb's, or gomes and blanton for crawford? do either help my team, or do they hurt my power numbesr too much??? my team isn't the most powerful as it is..
