I'd say pretty solid for hitters. We'll have to see how Matsui and Hafner do, but not too shabby. Hernandez looks to be solid after a promising 2005, and Pettite is also looking like he'll have a great season. Spoltz, Webb, and Patterson at to a pretty good starting rotation. If Perez and Escobar are always questionmarks, but I like both of them, and they are certainly capable of having decent seasons. However, you might want to get another CP or two. You could wait to see how the wire market developes, but usually the CPs get taken fast, so I'd suggest trying to get at least one nailed down before the season starts.

Pretty solid team. You won't really compete in SBs, but not that big of a deal. You should be fine with RPs, since you have Gonzalez, Ray, and Orvella waiting in the wings after Izzy.

Not sure how much use Preston Wilson and Taveras will have for you, who would they start over? Hafner is stuck in the Util slot, and you'd always want those OFs starting. See if you can find better use of your bench spots.. (except keep Mark Ellis, definte help.)
...Boston papers now and then suffer a sharp flurry of arithmetic on this score; indeed, for Williams to have distributed all his hits so they did nobody else any good would constitute a feat of placement unparalleled in the annals of selfishness. -Updike

That offense is VERY, VERY good. I don't know what the other teams look like, but if I had your team, I would be feeling pretty confident too.

I would consider shopping M-Cab for a lesser 3B and a big time SP. That should really put you over the top. 3B is so deep that if you can find a team that is high on M-Cab, you won't lose too much with the other 3B, but you gain what you need, in another starter.

Great team!!!

Please help me out with my team:
