Yes, you need to get another medium-level starter (someone ranked around 100). You also need more speed. Despite Chone and Ichiro, none of your other guys really get ANY sbs at all. Statistically (you'll have to take my word for it...I'm a mathmetician), your team improves a LOT with 15 more SBs. My suggestion...trade Peralta for F Lopez to get the SBs and trade Benitez for a solid second-tier pitcher.
