It means possibly the dumbest acronymn of all time.
I hate WHIR (will help in return) that so pretentious. How do you know you're helping? Not to mention you're probably getting some of your advice from noobs just as confused as yourself.

I remember I couldn't figure out "bump" for the longest time. Then I had a "Eureka!" moment and realized how much of a dumba** I was.

I've heard of forums that have generated thousands of pages of just everyone posting "bump" over and over. I know we're much cooler than that.
