I'm going to bench him until he puts together some good starts.




The problem with that strategy has been (and believe me, I feel your pain - I have him in 2 leagues) that on more than one occasion now he's put together a couple of good starts only to go back and have another bad outing shortly thereafter. So you get the worst of both worlds by benching him while he pitches okay, and playing him when he stinks. In fairness, he did have a pretty decent run just prior to the two latest turds.

Playing him every week isn't a very good option either though, given that his wins and K's aren't nearly good enough to be worth the price paid in ERA, Total Bases, etc.


It's really feeling more and more like a no win situation with him this season :(
