Figgins

I just finished my draft. I hadn't looked at Chone much before the draft, I was planning on going in a different direction. Anyway, I grabbed him in the third round based on last year's production and his position eligibility. Now I am hearing that he is likely to lose some playing time this year compared to last year. Can anyone enlighten me as to his PT situation? Thanks.

imo Figgins will be fine. He's the leadooff hitter and spark plug for the team. I have not see anything to make me believe he'll see less playing time this year.

theres no way figgins loses PT. he might lose his position everyday but he'll be in the lineup day in and day out. you have nothing to worry about.

Definetly. E. Alfonzo is going to be pushing Figgins around a bit from position to position, but Figs will always be in lineup.

Yeah, with the minor leaguers the Angels have and the guys on the big league roster it's doubtful that Figgins will be 2B eligible any time after 2006.
