Truthfully, i don't like your team right now: Lowell is an uncertainty after a year+ of bad play/injuries. Weeks could be good, but will still be inconsistent. i expected your OF to be better after seeing the holes in the IF, but it wasn't that great. After Bay, there's a dropoff in the OF production (though i really like Wilkerson this year). But the OFF has enough speed, and if Hafner maintains, the power numbers should be good. The P looks solid top to bottom though, so you should be in the top 3rd in those CATs. Not bad, but i don't like Lowell starting.

Would you recommend this trade to improve my pitching?

I GIVE: Peavy and Gagne
I GET: Pedro and K-Rod

i would not do that. i like peavy over pedro, and im afraid krods arm will fall off at any time. gagne should stay healthy this year, so i would hang onto those guys

I could use a few more opinions on my team, and advice on which areas to improve in, AND which of my players who might be attractive to other owners are expendable. Do you think I could survive a trade of Zambrano or Peavy if I only got a Zito, for example, in return?

Thanks.
