I'm not sure if this is meant to be a joke or not, but nonetheless the league has been cancelled due to lack of interest. I'm pretty surprised there aren't too many cafe members interested in a free NL Only. I agree it would be better for money but i'm already in enough money leagues. Anway, if anyone has a NL only league or has interest in joining one, PM me and if there is enough interest i'll set up another league.
