I'm targeting Weeks because he has the potential to be the best fantasy 2B in baseball, I'll just roll the dice and hope its this year rather than next.
If I don't get Weeks I'll take a Polanco, Loretta, Ellis type most likely.
If you want Utley, Figginns, Kent, or Giles then you'll have to get them early. But I will spend my early picks elsewhere.
Cantu and Lopez also will go fairly early.
But after that there's many good choices.

This is in my opinion a position to be drafted late. There's a little power here, as well as speed or batting average. For those who like youngsters there's Kinsler and Barfield. What more can you ask for? Many options with different strengths. Nothings perfect, but this looks like an ideal position to get good value from a late round pick.
I wouldn't draft Soriano ever. He just can't fall far enough for me to take him in RFK. I'll take Utley or Figgins if either falls to the early third, if not, it's a position to be waiting on.

Agreed on Soriano. The move to RFK just kills his value, and since I know he'll be gone by the end of the 3rd round at the latest, I can't imagine ever taking him.
These are my top 12, although these rankings are for a keeper draft:
C. Utley
C. Figgins
R. Weeks
M. Giles
A. Soriano
J. Cantu
F. Lopez
J. Kent
B. Roberts
R. Freel
T. Iguchi
R. Cano
In a non-keeper you would probably bump up Kent quite a bit and maybe flip Weeks and Giles. But even in a non-keeper, I like Weeks as a guy to target, since he can be had relatively late and has huge potential. But personally, if I don't get Utley, Figgins or Kent and I miss out on Weeks, then I'd probably just wait until the end and grab an Ellis/Polanco type or maybe take someone like Freel a bit earlier if I were desperate for steals.
Jose Castillo could make some noise this year if healthy, Padres' Josh Barfield could be one who you snatch end game if youre league-mates aren't too keen. I always try to save one IF position for the very last round/dollar b/c there's usually more deep sleepers there than anywhere else. Just my opinion. Good luck.
