This is not a best guitarist ever...this is, simply, your FAVORITE guitarist ever.

From speed metal to jazz to punk. Just list your favorite guitarist of all time.

For me...this is really tough, but I would have to say (in order)

Clapton- Just pure bliss to listen too...I watched the Cream reunion...good god, so incredible.

SRV- Once again, no matter what he is playing i can feel his emotion and energy in every note.

Duane Allman- Greatest slide player of all time...ability to jam forever...Allmans may be my fav. band, so this guy has to be up there.

Slash- Really awesome...the guy knows one scale, yet all of his solos are different...just a great rock guitarist to listen to.

David Gilmour- Great player...although he is not as up front and in your face as some, he tastefully gets it done. Songs like Comfortably Numb get me every time.

Angus Young- THe guy the got me into music. his energy and stage presence is unmatched and his ability is great. You cant help not getting pumped listening to this guy.

Jimmy Page- Great blues rock player...really great solos, and put a great spin on the rythem...
