What the heck does WHIR mean after a thread?

I didn't know where else to put this, figured this was good as any!!!!! I am sure I should be able to figure it out, but I just can't.

oh snap i thought it was a dirty acronym. i kept saying to my girlfriend and then giving her the look over. man do i feel stupid. just kidding. actually i had no idea what WHIR meant either but i figured that it couldn't be all that important.
