Jeez, if he's draining treys like that somebody needs to talk to the coach about why the heck he wasn't in there earlier in the season! Nice story though!! Thanks for posting it.

He must have a mild form of autism... I know a kid who plays golf with a mild form of autism and he's a scratch golfer.

BTW I can't see the video... I have Windows Media Player 10 and it still won't work...

Autism or no autism, this is a great story.

That video (I saw it today on the news) is the feelgood story of the year... that little school arena went crazy every time he made a shot.

Is this just a real-life Waterboy story? Momma says girls are the devil.

What an awesome, awesome story.

I've only hit six threes in a row two or three times in my entire life. This kid jumps off the bench and makes them like they were layups. Much props to him and the coach for letting him play.

;-D ;-D ;-D

Oh, and another thing:

I saw Real Sports With Bryant Gumbel a few months ago, and they had another autistic kid on a high school team (I think his name was Ryan). They put him in the last game of the season, and sure enough, he scores 2 three-pointers on the last 2 possessions of the game.

Maybe deadly three-point shooting is a trait?
