Below is the baseline we want to use for establishing a consensus. Unfortunately it has proven to be generally impractical. If a player has a good lead and we have a significant number of votes, we will deviate from this method. I have reserved the ability to make the judgement calls for now.

- A player must achive a minimum 2/3 majority of 30 votes to be confirmed
- OR have a 15 vote lead over the number 2 vote getter after a minimum of 30 votes has been cast.

- If a Virtual Tie exists at 40 votes, (That is 2 or more players are less than 7 votes apart) a Poll will be posted limiting the pick to just those lead vote getters, and no more than the top 3. The Poll will stand for 24 hours, or until a clear pecking order has been established (at least 7 votes separate each player), or until 50 votes have been cast. When one of these conditions are filled, the results of the poll will fill the next 2-3 draft picks depending on the number of players being voted on.
