advice on spots starts this week

the spot starts are looking pretty bad this week but i have oswalt and schilling on the dl and morris might not pitch this week so i need to make one of them. (considering the players in bold)

tuesday

hampton (3-4, 3.84) vs. beckett (2-3, 3.76)
Kim - MTL - (0-1, 10.38) vs. Heilman - NYM - (0-1, 1.50)
Sheets (6-6, 4.29) vs. redding - HOU - (4-8, 3.99)

wednesday

Wilson - CIN (5-5, 4.63) vs. Wells - PIT - (2-3, 3.59)
Traber - CLE - (3-4, 3.98) vs. May - KC - (1-4, 4.05)
Hernandez - MTL - (6-6, 4.19) vs. Seo - NYM - (5-3, 3.09)

thursday

Kinney - MIL - (6-6, 4.26) vs. Robertson - HOU - (6-3, 5.29)

which one(s) look the best? any comments are appreciated.

Avoid Sun Woo KIm like the plague. He has looked absolutely horrible in his starts with the Expos so far. Hampton is probably the safest of these starts since the Marlins are a weak team and the Braves should give him enough run support to likely give him a win if nothing else.

I would have to agree that Hampton would probably be the safe start. Wells has been pitching decently, but he does not get the run support that you should get with starting Hampton. Start Wells if you are needing a second pitcher.

Look at Jose Lima he pitches against cleveland and detroit this week. KC has been hitting, plus he is pitching well.
