Help with a new dynasty league.

Iv'e been in fanasty baseball for 5 years and would like to know how other people run a dynasty league. I'm a 12 team points league and would like to see rules and reg's for their league. I just need some pointers on how to keep players from season to season and how to add additional teams and making it fair to the new team.
