need replacement for a deep dynasty league--really bad team

I am in a very bad spot. I have a great dynsty league that has minors, contracts, a rule 5 draft, a first year player draft, arbitration, and a salary cap as some of its main features. It has a great active group of managers.

It is free and scoring will be done on yahoo (head to head), and we have a message board that is our main site.

I need one manager for a team that is absolutely terrible. The other owner was participating but wouldn't overbid in the mlb auction. He only has 5 players and the other teams almost have a full roster. He has just recently went awol and I need a manager that is willing to take over a team that realistically has no chance of winning this season. This would be for somone that will keep up his team in order to get in a great league for next year, or someone that is up for the ultimate challenge of turning this team around.

I should have trusted my instincts and kicked him out sooner but since he was bidding, drafting his minor leaguers, and nominating players for the auction I didn't.
