Bonds playing 120 plus a fill in during his rest days still equals way better than a 7th round pick. So as long as you are on the ball you'll be able to plug in a player during the games Bonds takes off and then get great production from that spot in your order.
Have fun trying to figure out when he will take his days off.
I do think he will hit 30+ HRs but seriously, I think it's 50/50 at best he makes it through the entire season.

But I keep reading his mission is to play in at least 100 games this season, and if that's all he's shooting for... I may skip drafting him all together.
6th Round and 100 games? So assuming he gets taken out of some games late, about 350 Plate appearances (3.5 a games sounds reasonable). Take off the walks and you are talking about 300 at bats. An OF playing everday gets at least 550 AB, probably closer to 600. Is Bonds going to put up twice the stats as the other guys taken in the 6th round, or even the 7th or 8th? Because that is what you would be gambling on.
No thanks.
