Pitching looks great. you might want to move a pitcher for a power hitter. You dont really have any home hitters besides Arod and maybe helton.

Do you need to carry 2 Cs? You do need some more power, but pitching looks good.

I'm lovin this team, Helton/Arod/Rowand give you plenty of power, Pierre/Crawford give you great speed, I think Hermida is going to be pretty good, but nice job backing him up with Monroe in case he's not. Starting rotation looks excellent, with plenty of depth, and so does the relief staff, Wagner should have another good year, and Ryan will too with his new team. I'd say this is a top team in your league.

I like it. Decent power, good speed, excellent pitching. I'd go 8 of 10, only because you could use a couple more power hitters. A solid all around team, nonetheless.

Your Pitching is very good. Halladay, Colon, Lackey will have good years. 15+ wins each. And if Halladay is healthly he will have 20+ and will win Cy Young. Your relievers are great.

Your Hitting is just OK. We all know what to expect from A-Rod but as for everyone else you don't know. But your team is well balance between speed and power. Which can be a good thing and a bad. We really don't know what to expect from Hermida. Helton will have a OK year but I think he will start to decline.

Overall you team is good. I like you pitching A LOT.
