Both are nice...tough choice, I'm sure you'll get a lot of debate on this one...
I'd go with Peralta...
If you look at his OBP/SLG/OPS and AB/HR they are all better than Tejada's last year...and I think he's only 24...

I think Peralta is probably the better pure hitter, but two things that make me like Lopez a little better: SS/2B eligibility (although that may not last beyond this year) and his speed. I think he has 20/20 potential and so far Peralta has shown no penchant for running whatsoever. Another factor to keep in mind: Peralta is a couple years younger......
