Hey guys,

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I just read on the news that Sunrocket shut down their service without any statement or notification to their customers.

If anyone knows how to get a refund or their service transferred, please let me know, especially since we just had the autopayment for another year.

We dropped them a few months ago because we were unhappy with the degrading quality of their product.

Vonage should be following suit soon enough. They still don't have E-911 for all of their customers?? :-t
