Yes they moved the Right Center walls a bit in, where it angles some. Though it's honestly not enough to really help hitters out at all, so don't expect any better numbers from hitters on the Padres.

At least I thought it was pretty much a sure thing, maybe a Padres fan knows for sure. I looked for a bit but couldn't find anything saying that they did yet.

I'm pretty sure they did. It wasn't for hitting reasons but rather injury concerns. I read somewhere that it had been done. I think they echoed the same thing you did that it's not going to help hitters all that much.

I'm pretty sure they did. I know I looked at the Padres site and there was a picture of it saying that they cut off that little triangle that used to be in right. Can't find it now but maybe if you do a search on the padres site you could find it.
