I would take Oswalt ahead of Pedro, since Pedro is already having "toe problems"
If you draft on past winning seasons, you're not gonna win many leagues. That is a poor indicator. While I have had him on my rosters 2 of the last 3 years in my money league, and I love the guy, he is going too high for my taste.
