11 people in the league with about 3 of them being fairly clueless about fantasy baseball.

This is my third year in a similar league with some friends and Im pretty sure my team is strong but does anyone notice anything I should look to improve?

Nothing really jumps out at me as a concern. Some of your pitchers are young but should be solid contributors. I might look to upgrade a bit at closer simply because I don't trust Guardado. Gonzalez might not get many save opportunities in Pittsburgh but you should be fine. Nice job.

I wouldn't. Not until you see what Olly is doing this year anyway. If he looks good in Spring Training, I would go ahead, but I wouldn't pull the trigger at this point.
