This is based on statistics that I have collected so far this year from mock drafts and not where I would draft these guys:

Colon = early 3rd Round
Lowe = Late 3rd Round
Washburn = Mid 4th Round
O.Perez = Mid-late 5th Round
W. Miller = Early 6th Round
Burnett = Early 7th Round
F. Garcia = early 8th Round
Wolf = Early 9th Round
Buerhle = Late 9th Round

Buehrle is a steal in the 9th round. The guy doesn't K a lot of people but he had 19 wins last year.

I thought I might add that those Rounds reflect a 10 team league. If you are in a 12 man league then they will probably go earlier.

thanks!

No love for the Wolfman?

What do people have against Randy Wolf?

I think he's a future stud, and 2003 could quite possibly be his breakout year.

I couldn't agree more. And by the way Walden..you need to check your trivia question. It has been answered.

Maybe the most interesting thread i've read in the cafe, thought provoking and looking at results, anything from the same rankings by anyone. However, just using Buehrle as a example looking at peformance indicators, i wonder why so much love for Mark, and such little love for Wolf or Perez. Just a quick comparision. Wolf had a 223 batting average against, 11th best in bb. Marks was 260. Wolfs ops against 659, Marks 713.

And Wolf didn't even have a very good first half! Het tore up the league in the second half. He'll have more run support this year and will not be counted on being the ace for a few years with the arrival of Millwood. I'll take him. ;-D
