LACKEY OR MYERS

i am really looking for a consensus, definitive answer here. so please choose 1 and if you could provide strong reasons why that would be ideal. thanks. assuming standard 5x5 and keeper.

Myers

Both have great DOM rates, but i think Myers was unlucky last year. 17% hr/f rate to Lackeys 7%. 10% is normal. Plus Myers doesn't face a DH.

I agree w/ Myers, there's been perhaps a wee bit too much hype on him but I think that this will be the year he should start living up to it. Lackey got lucky, as it were...

I'd go with Lackey simply because Myers pitches in Citizen's Bank, so he automatically sucks half the time.

Myers is a better pitcher, however, make sure you spot start him at home.

Lackey is inconsistent from year to year.

I like lackey here. I think lackey has been more consistent then Myers. I also have some negative feelings towards Myers because the year he blew (see '04 stats"), he was on my team.

perfect assesment. really the same thing i was thinking. had to make a tough call and ended up going with lackey. thanks to all for input.
