Marcus Giles -Worth Picking Up

I agree that Giles is a valuable 2B. I was only disagreeing with the term "good hitter". He hasn't proven that yet. Let him at least hit over .280 for a full season before labeling him as a "good hitter". Right now he's unproven in my eyes. Valuable due to the lineup he's in and the steals are nice.

Good hitter: Yes.

The guy, at some point in his career, will hit, and he's showing it this year. He's not a .330 hitter, but there's a reason they forced his more unproven glove into the lineup. He will go through ups and downs, but he is worth a spot on most rosters. I play in a deep NL-only league, so those in shallow ML-leagues probably have better options than Giles at Util. To even consider dropping him for a second baseman like Bo Hart is laughable.
