First ever fantasy team!

From England and have followed the game for 2/3 years but this is my first time playing Fantasy.

In my first ever draft there were 12 teams in I think a 5*5 league. in and I started with 10th overall pick, from which I picked Tejada

Your team is good, but has SEVERAL injury risks: Thome, Rolen, Edmonds, Green, Pedro, and Livan (has pitched WAY too many innings the last 3 seasons). If they all stay right, you should be good, You do need more SBs.

J. Cantu and M. Tejada is very good. Your outfielders are alright.
Your Starting Pitching is also very good. Your RP is alright. Injury can be a problem during the season but an injury can happen to anyone. Big Question marks on Thome and Rolen, they missed almost the whole season last year. But I think you'll be alright.

You are either going to go out looking like a genius for taking such risks or go out looking like someone playing for the first time. See if you can move some of those more injury laden players for a few more reliables in case something bad happens along the way.

looks decent, all i have to say is ditch dustin hermanson, he's not going to do you any good as a middle reliever. Looks pretty good other than that.

thanks for the advice guys, I suppose I went guys for Thome and Rolan I know them as they are quite big names and I dont know so much with all the value guys that might be coming through having only followed the game for a short length of time.
