I am not sold on the Schmidt/Beckett dual at the top of your staff, both will miss several games this years due to (blisters/injuries). I would also try to improve 1B, at a position fairly deep in power, I think you can do better then prince.

I notice you have a lot of young talent that your counting on to produce, and although i agree that many of them will have good years (for example Prince fielder, can't WAIT to see what he can do this year ;-D ), it can still be VERY risky to depend on them. Your pitching, although not horrible, isn't mind blowing either. Bonderman and Schmidt are both big names that i like to see, but schmidt, again, is still a small risk.

My evaluation is this - if all of your risks pan out, you have a good chance to contend, but if a few fail to produce, i can easily see you sitting somewhere in the middle as well - Good luck this year ;-D.

Good looking hitters, but no depth, obviously, at OF, and you don't seem to have a stud pitcher. Upgrade those two things and you're a contender. ;-D

Great RPs by the way...

Nice team if everybody stays healthy, you have some question marks there though.

Hitting- Your IF is filled with ?'s. What kind of numbers will Fielder produce? Will Roberts repeat his 05 season? However I believe that Lopez will have a good season and Ramirez is really good. Why do you have a backup catcher, especially when you have the best catcher in the league? I would try to package Hernandez along with a pitcher for an upgrade at pitcher. Also, you should drop Durham from your team for a decent batter or pitcher. Your OF is really good.

Pitching- The pitching is just decent. There no SP star. If Beckett stays healthy, he could be a top 10 pitcher. Penny, Bonderman, Bedard, Marquis are just decent. Nice pick on Liriano, he could become something special. Drop either Durham or Marquis to snag another closer, because Nathan/Isringhausen isn't enough.
