I like your pitching you have some locks like Zambrano and Webb, and Perez and Schilling could be awesome. I'd trade Foulke to the Red Sox fan in your league, because he is terrible. Solid, but unspectacular lineup. I'd trade a 3B for a 1B. I'd trade Blalock as he's the most overrated. Beltre is due for a bounceback as are Mora and Lowell. Blalock can't hit lefties and you could get someone like Delgado or Howard possibly for him.

I like this idea, but I doubt someone will give you Delgado for him. Try for Howard.

nice team. Mussina and Perez are? but good pitching
might try packaging Maggs and Beltre for 1B
or try someone less for sleeper 1b like Jacobs

Definitely trade for a decent 1B, and grab a backup from the FA pool. Also, one more closer would be nice. Except for Posednik, there's not much speed though. Possible bench upgrades (over Patterson) could be Hermida, or anyone else available with SB potential. Lowell has the least value, and Beltre had an(other) off year, so trade Blalock. Except for that, the team is pretty good.
