Not bad...your OF is your biggest weak spot, I would say...but if Rowand has a breakout year, then even that becomes better.

Nice young pitchers, great looking infield, but like RR said, your OF looks pretty bad. I would see if you could move a SP for an OF.

Actually I've been thinking of trading for Nomar so that I can have a backup in 3B & SS.....Should I try to trade for another OF too?

I think you have enough flexibility with Figgs and Lopez to lay off of Nomar right now. I think your main concern is the OF and that should be your first priority imo.

I agree with all sentiments said above - see if you can't trade one of your SP for a strong consistant outfield bat, and after that, i think your a contender.
