I can see him posting similar stats from all the stuff I've read on him..here's a recent paragraph:
1. Alex Gordon (3B): Gordon is a rare talent that makes the list at number one despite signing too late to get in on any professional at-bats. There’s nothing to dislike about his game: his defense is at least average at a premium position, his speed is adequate and made better by plus base running skills, and his bat is special. Coming out of college, he’s also very polished, perhaps as much as any other hitting prospect in the minors this side of Jeremy Hermida. Don’t expect him to need too much of an adjustment period getting used to professional pitching and wooden bats; by the end of 2006, it’ll be hard for the Royals to justify leaving him off the big league roster, when their fans are dying for some source of excitement.
