Your team looks pretty solid overall. You should do really well in the power categories. Offense is definitely not a problem and with Figgins and Giles, SB should be solid. Wright and Young might contribute some along the way also. I really like Ensberg as your backup 3B. Your starters look solid and I like the guys you have on your bench. I'm gambling on Baldelli this year also. Francouer could be good trade bait right now if you're not too high on him. Your pitching is the thing that worries me the most. I don't like Millwood now that he's in Texas but he might still be alright. Wood's injuries are definitely something to worry about. Cain might pan out and be decent for you. Mussina also has issues with his elbow health. Your closers should be decent but I wouldn't expect you to win in Saves. Webb and Harang are both solid number 2 or 3 guys. I wouldn't expect them to contribute too much. Clemens looks like he's leaning towards retirement. I think that in order to win your league, you're definitely going to need to make some moves for pitching.

Hitting -

I'm not a fan of Carlos Lee. Try to trade him for someone like Berkman or Helton.

In a roto, I dont think you need that many 2B, so drop Polanco for somebody liek Jacobs or Hermida, or Kinsler (since you only have 1 SS).

OR just trade Giles for a hitter or basestealer.

Pitching -

Wood :-P Millwod :-P Moose :-P Clemens :-P :-P :-P

Damn. Lots of work here. If you can package off Giles and one of those guys for a good pitcher that would help you a lot.

Keep an eye on the WW througout the season for comeback/surprise/emerging studs, like Oliver Perez, Greinke, Nate Robertson, Jason Vargas, Justin Verlander, etc.

Good luck man. Pitching is your problem.

Hope this helped.

You have a solid group of hitters, though I think Figgins is really your only base-stealer. No studs on your pitching staff unless you expect Clemens to be back. Need some closers as well.

Hitting looks alright, pitching could definitely use some work. Here's one thought: perhaps you might shop Clemens around to see if you can get any trade value for him. If he is leaning toward retiring you may be able to get someone of value for him before he makes the announcement. If he comes back and pitches like he did last year and you already unloaded him... don't blame me? I hope this was of some help. Check out my team, please:

Offense looks solid, maybe one more SBs guy. Your pitching has too many injury/head question marks. Cut a trade for a top-flight starter, maybe by trading one of your 2nd-tier SPs and Giles or Francouer. Otherwise, looks sound.

Your hitting is a dream.

No problems there.

You do have some question marks when it comes to the health of your pitching staff. Alot banks on whether or not Clemens retires. Wood is a question for health. As is Mussina. You may want to trade some of your extra hitters for a healthy starter.
