Since you can draft some good pitchers in the draft, I don't see the need to trade Matsui. Matsui is your best OF, and there are better closers than Dempster available that you can draft, and you could draft Prior/Beckett. Don't do this deal.

i think matsui will have a great seaon this year. He is always one of the league leaders in rbis and his homeruns should go up from last year

Keep Matsui. Dempster & Colon are not enough for him. Offer a lesser 1-1 for Colon, and spend your $$ on closers and Kazmir.

Dont give up Hideki Matsui for those two. he is a good 4 category player and has much more value than the others.
