Post your H2H Points Format and your strategies for it!

As any good H2H points leaguer knows, draft strategy is very dependent on the scoring system. So I'd like to get a thread going so we could post formats and share strategies for maximizing efficiency for each format... Here's mine...

10 teams

Hitters
1B= 1
2B= 2
3B= 3
HR= 4
R= 1
RBI=1
SB= 2
BB= 1

Pitchers
W= 10
L= -5
SV= 10
K= 1
IP= 2
ER= 1
H= -0.5
BB=-0.5
CG= 10
SHO=10

In this system I like to focus on power from each offensive position, and play matchups with starting pitchers who have 2 starts. High strikeout guys are always a priority when available. Mid to late picks like Daniel Cabrera, Scott Kazmir, John Patterson, and John Lackey fit this role. I don't like to draft closers too early here. I'd rather get a premium hitter than a guy like M Rivera, because there's always a Turnbow or two to be had each year.

OK not everyone at once!

(I didn't expect such an outpouring of H2H points strategy interest)
