Looks pretty good, but you're gonna want to upgrade your outfield, Crisp is great, Francoeur probably will be great, but Garrett Anderson? No way, there's gotta be someone else that's better for fantasy. Prior and Sheets is good, Garland will be helpful, Millwood could be if he stays healthy. Gagne is a risk, Demspter is decent, and having Looper is pointless, keep in mind he's on the Cards now, and he's a setup man for Isringhausen, so most likely won't get any saves.

I am not sold on J. Francoeur at all, he needs an eye before I would trust him on my team. Your team is ok, though I am worried about your staff. Many of your top pitchers have health issues and Looper is ultimately worthless.
I don't think any of those guys are ideal. None of them as far as I know, except for Weathers, are slated to be their teams closer. I would go ahead and pick up Weathers for now, but be ready to get rid of him at the first opportunity.
I'd try to swing a trade for a strong 3b and move M Cabrera to your outfield. Your OF is really weak. See if you can grab an Aramis Ramirez or Morgan Ensberg or Chad Tracy (if he qualifies in your league).
