I like Crawford but there are others out there that I have more interest in getting during a draft. In a KL draft I would take Crawford ASAP if I was 7th pick or higher in the 1st round.

Yeah, I would love to have him in a keeper I just have a habit of going for pitching cause I love to have the best pitchers on my team.
What is it with roto players that they don't understand what the term "5 tool player" means? 5 tool player is NOT a 5 category player in fantasy baseball. 5 tool players mean they hit for average, power, have good speed, field well, and have a good arm. I always laugh when people call 5 category roto players 5 tool players.

This is almost identical?! Wow.
lol... i like this guy.... u r right 5 tool player means what u said above, but ur talking in a fantasy cafe... so yea.. and when i say identical its close.. if u look at furcals line and crawfords line, they are oddly similar.. check it out urslef
Well the first question is, do you honestly expect Furcal to get 46 SB again?
The 2nd question is how much do you value SB? I really like to get at least 20-30 SB out of my first round pick so I don't have to worry about it later. Seems like you can always find a good HR/RBI guy in the 2nd and 3rd round but 4 category speed guys are rarely around still. I still find Crawford to be an end of the 1st round guy in a 14 team league, in a 12 team he may slip to 2nd round.
Steals are a lot harder to come by than HR or RBI. Lots of players steal, but few of them can hit like Crawford, most of them totally destroy you in power catagories, whereas Crawford holds his own and will probably improve. Definitely a 1st round pick.
I'm a firm believer in the philosophy of a ruling class... especially since I rule.
