the left shoulder has supposedly bothered him dating back to the 2002 playoffs, as well as some incident at fenway in 2003. he took BP today and reported no problems. Derrick Goold reports--"On Monday, Rolen pronounced himself not just as healthy as he’s been in a year, but years." more to come tomorrow in the post dispatch but so far so good.
