Most of them are past there prime. Yo ucant be a A actor for whole whoel career. I wouldnt call Deniro a A actor anymore also.
Are you kidding me!?! He may be getting old, but I, for one, will watch anything he's in. If he starred in Brokeback Mountain I'd watch it.
Yeh, i still watch it too. But producers, arnt banging down his door to star in a movie.
No, producers ARE banging down his door to star in movies - he's just being more selective these days, and not a lot of studios can afford his pricetag. The most recent figure I could find was $20mil for Analyze That in 2002. That's not the salary of an actor who is slipping.
He fought prostate cancer in 2003, which may be why you aren't seeing him around much. He has a movie coming out this year and three next year (2007).
Out of your list above, I would probably agree with taking off the following (mostly because I can't stand them):
Ben Affleck
Kevin Costner
Leonardo DiCaprio
Michael Douglas
Eddie Murphy
Charlie Sheen
Jean-Claude Van Damme
Of the ones that you had bolded that I DISagree with adamantly:
Antonio Banderas (plays a great psycho bad guy)
Matt Damon (one of my more recent favorites)
Brad Pitt (best smart ass actor out there)
Will Smith (he's one of the hottest actors out there)
Wesley Snipes (another great bad guy)
John Travolta (no explanation necessary)
Bruce Willis (Yippee Ki Ye MotherTrucker)
Other ones that I probably agree with for different reasons:
Jim Carrey (can't be taken seriously)
Jackie Chan (too many goofy movies)
Arnold Schwarzenegger (isn't he doing something else now?)
I think longevity has to count for something. Do you become A-list overnight? For this reason I didn't add Jamie Foxx and for that matter, shouldn't have put Ben Stiller on there.

I wasn't aware of this. I'm glad he seems to have recovered.

These actors are horrible now. WIll smith had a great run, at horrible films turning into box office gold.
John Travolta , after sword fish, his acting career took a big hit.
Brad Pitt, is dope, but alot of people said Jenffer Anston had more power then him for movies. He also tends to do low buget films..
Snipes should never be consider a A list star.
I love Matt Damon since I saw Rounders, and I think hes a good actor, but somthing about him bugs me. Id ranked him in tier 2.
Antonio Banderas .LOL. If the Mask of Zorro is your best film, hehe
