i think that this is a great team all round but if i had to knock it i would say that u should aquire a SB threat besides posednik. Maby taverez or freel wold be easy to get with the right trade.
Disagree with the above guy, you can't afford to carry another guy who brings only speed. The power of your team is almost entirely on the shoulders of Pronk and Manny, Fielder might turn out to hit a tons of dingers, but he's unproven, so i think you need to acquire another power bat from somewhere.
Your frontline starters are good, but the back end could be suspect.
Your relievers are fine, bar Rudy Seanez who has no fantasy value, and shouldn't be on the team.
As it's a ten-team league, i'd see this team finishing in the middle of the pack.

Sorry but I think you might struggle. Looking at your IF I am not sure you have a legit hands down no doubt about it top 10 player at any position.
Fielder- top 10 1B? no
Polanco- top 10 2B? doubtful
Rolen- top 10 3B? maybe
Barmes- top 10 SS? doubtful
Unless Rolen returns to form, I think you need a bat. You have enough speed, no need to trade for more. You'll need help from Kazmir and Westbrook in order to compete for a league title.
i do not like your infield at all, like the outfield and hafner, starting pitching is good, in a ten team league u should have one or 2 more closers. u need a little more pop in that lineup.
