I would suggest trading Garland or Davis for a Chad Cordero/Francisco Cordero/Turnbow. Then if you want to pick up an SP off waivers, I think Daniel Cabrera is a good choice. He is a rising star, will get a lot of k's, and Leo Mazzone is the new pitching coach.
