I kinda like it, although you're really relying heavily on questionable players - i.e. risky players who could turn out to be busts this season.

For all of your young talent, you have the veteran producer's to back them up, and even thought your staff isn't absolutly drop dead dominant, it's also young and still very good - i'd say, depending on your competition really, you have a real serious chance to contend . Good job.
