I like playing H2H for fun, but in serious leagues I always play Roto

I agree, roto is the way to go. I think it minimizes the amount of luck involved more than the other two formats.

H2H is more fun if you have a limit on transactions for the season. Some guys will drop and pick up pitchers everyday which is stupid.
