Opening Day 2006

Postby avsfan4ever33 » Sat Feb 18, 2006 3:04 pm

Thats right, with Spring Training here Opening Day 2006 is just on the horizon.

Anyone else going? I got my tickets last Saturday, first base side, 1 section off the first base line. Should be a fun game!

Luis Gonzalez will be starting at 2B for the Rockies opening day likely batting 7th.

Shealy is nursing some injuries right now so he hasn't played much lately. He will make the club as the primary backup for Helton (so not many starts there) and as a backup OF. He might platoon with Brad Hawpe in RF, but with his injuries thats becoming doubtful to me.
