So in conclusion what are some of my needs and who should i get rid of to aquire these needs. And what am i strong in.

First off, I like your picks of Overbay and Alou late in the draft. Nice grabs.

I think this team looks strong all around. The offense is well-balanced (you might want a slight upgrade in speed, though) and, looking at the pitching, I like your closers a lot and I think that the starters look strong. I would trade Clemens to an owner who thinks he'll be playing and will do well and will give you good value. One of the 11 guys in the league has to fit that profile, and I'd be really weary of having Clemens as my number 2 starter behind Randy Johnson and ahead of John Garland, both of whom have some questions to answer on the mound this year. See what you can get for Clemens would be my big advice.
