Dynasty League Question

For those of you that have done dynasty leagues, is it better to do the minor league draft before or after the major league draft?

Secondly, has anyone done their dynasty draft on CBS? I'm wondering how the minor league system works. For instance, if you draft minor leaguers on your major league roster, can they be sent down to your minor league roster?

If you can, I'm wondering if it would be better to have the minor league draft first, so everyone can't load up on minor leaguers and then immediately send them down to the minors. We are drafting a bench during our major league auction, so stock piling major leaguers could be a problem.

It's better to have a major league draft first, as it gets your team set. Then after knowing what you have you can have the minor league draft, thus drafting for your weaknesses on your fantasy team.

It is much better to do the MAjor league draft first.

I joined a few different dynasty leagues this year w/ just about all the different variations (or so it seems). And I have to agree w/ the others that doing the MLB part first is probably best.
