LOL that's a great idea!! Maybe a sticky? Our office money league which has an insane guy who's always doing those 2 or 3 for one deals. We'll draft in a week so I should have some utterly ridiculous offers in about 8 days!!

Just this morning:

I get Tim Hudson and Raul Ibanez

for my

Adam Dunn.

This is a H2H league where OPS is a cat.

That kinda depends on your pitching staff and how the rest of your offense is

I guess I came to the wrong place to complain if you would even consider that one Broncmet. It would take Randy Johnson or better to pry Dunn from me in this format.

Geoff Jenkins
Shawn Green

for

Jason Bay

When I rejected with a "No thanks." the guy was like... "Are you kidding me? Jenkins and Shawn Green together project about 50 HR and 160 RBI. Jason Bay only projects to about 30 HR and 100+RBI. You've gotta be stupid to not take the 50 HR and 160 RBI."

I just laughed.

He's right .... why didn't you accept? :-?

I offered someone Jim Edmonds and someone else for their Mark Prior, in March 2005, they countered with Curt Schilling and Pujols for Mark Prior.. :-o

Alright, so I'm notorious for picking up FA, turning them into more solid players, then picking up more FA, etc, working my way up.. and I offer my fair share of not-so-great offers, but nothing totally absurd.
But this one guy who is in every league with me always tries to charge a LOT more than he should for players, and will just offer WW trash for stars, while I find WW players worth something when I deal. Here's a bunch of examples:

When Carlos Lee was god last year and Schmidt was terrible, he offered me Jason Schmidt for Lee and Sheets.
(haha... he turned down Turnbow and Carlos Lee for Jason Schmidt. Boy am I glad..) When I turned down Doug Davis and Lee for Schmidt, he proposed it over and over again like 10 times.

Chris Young for Todd Helton

Jason Schmidt for Vlad Guerrero :-o

Slumping Tejada, Jason Schmidt, and Hoffman for Mike Young, Krod, Sheets, Carlos Zambrano

A different guy offers me, as soon as Livan Hernandez is shut down for the season: Livan for Street and Mark Prior
