I have learned the hard way (in some ways still learning) that having personal reasons instead of fantasy stat reasons for choosing your players always is your downfall in not winning the league.
Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!

This is so true. I need to remember this come draft time.
Don't pick Mauer that high. He doesn't get that many PA's relative to other hitters, and just isn't that great compared to someone else you can get in that round. I've learned it's better not to get stud C's, as it's hard for them to produce as other players when they're not playing 1 every 5 games, and when for the most part, a stud C is on par with just a good 1B or OF. (VMART, Mauer)

oh, man. I just took Bonds in the early 3rd, Roberts in the late 6th and Gagne in the early 7th
all for personal reasons...
I could have taken Dunn, Street or Cordero...
Are you interested in joining a 28 teams dynasty league? If so, PM me.

yah, but his PA's should go up. I haven't heard anything coming out of minnie this spring training (granted, I haven't been looking) but he's been on a long mend from his knee injury. last i heard last season the plan was that this season he'd be back at full strength. given that, i'd say he's being undervalued this spring.
