When you look at available players, what does "O-Rank" mean? I first thought it was the players ranking pre-season, but the number is always changing. Anyobdy know for sure?

O-Rank is "Overall Rank." It reflects this season only. Rank reflects the player's performance over a couple of seasons.

So, it's performance over a couple of seasons?
