Draft Signings

The Cubs have recently signed some of their top draft picks. OF's Tony McQuade, David Greske, C Adam Tidball and LHP Sean Marshall all were signed to minor league contracts and sent to single A Boise Hawks.

OF and first pick Ryan Harvey, LHP Darin Downs and 3B Casey McGehee were also signed and sent to the Mesa Cubs. Catcher Tony Ritchie was signed and sent to the beloved Lansing Lugnuts.

The Cubs still have catcher Jacob Fox and LHP Matt Lincoln left to sign among their top picks.

I'd look out for Sean Marshall

Marshall certainly seems to be having the least difficulty adjusting to life at Boise. Tidball, on the other hand... Oh well - it's still far too early to make any sort of judgment.
