Where are you guys seeing him taken in comparrison to other SS's/2B
This kid IMO is pretty darn good and I just took him in one of my leagues with a 2nd round draft pick. It is a keeper league though so its really like 7th round.
I'm too lazy to make a sig at the moment

His name was bounced around a week or two ago. I don't think he's not as good as Rollins, Reyes, Furcal or Lopez in the NL, but after that he's probably better than or as good as Renteria, Greene and Eck. That injury last season made it difficult to get a read on him--kinda like Brian Roberts in the AL. Since I own him (cheap) in one of my NL keeper leagues I'm hoping for 280+ 15+ hr and 10+ sb. I'm also hoping he outplays LGonzo so when Tublowitzki makes it up they shift Barmes to 2b and ditch LGonzo.

LGonzo is pretty decent for a role player. Barmes is a spark for the rockies though so I'm hopping he is a stud this year. I think he is better then lopez but I agree with the rest

Nice I think I picked him early but we have a deep league and I really wanted him since I go to about 15 rockies games a year

I think he has a 50/50 chance to crack top 10 in terms of SS values. If you have a good back up, then you should really be set at that position. Play him only at Coors.
Hopefully he's not riding ATV's... errr.. I mean carrying groceries... errr... I mean carrying deer meat up the stairs in the middle of the season.

I would think if you don't get one of the top six-seven SS's during the draft you might as well wait a few extra rounds & grab a guy like Barmes. Great upside imo.
